2018 was a big year for Liverpool-based singer-songwriter Lewis Cromby, who dropped his first tune ‘Rebel Of The Night’ in August and was then a part of our 2018 end of year list at the end of December. He’s now dropped the blues and country-inspired ‘California (Ride On)’ that lets his electric guitar and drum kit support his distinctive voice. As his songwriting style matures, his production follows suit with a professional sound helping to support the catchy hooks that appear in each of his tracks. Hopefully this year will see a full-length release from Cromby. -Dan Peeke
